I was asked once if I talk to the voices in my head whenever they say something to me.
I said, “Of course, it would be rude not to. How would you feel if I ignored you when you talked to me?”
I got the strangest look from them.
I seriously considered not publishing this. I know people who hear and see things that aren’t there and didn’t want to offend them or their loved ones. Mental illness bad enough to cause hallucinations is nasty. However, I find stuff that is on the edge (or over the edge) the most hilariousness.
